  "text": "The length of the trunk road ceasing to be a trunk road is situated at a point 83 metres north west of its junction with County Road B4396 A5 to Knockin Road for a distance of 4.29 kilometres in a generally south easterly direction, terminating at a point 669 metres north west of its junction with County Road D1202A Rodefern Lane and is shown by broad black dashes on the plan numbered HA10/2WM177–1 marked “The A5 Trunk Road (Nesscliffe Bypass) Detrunking Order 1999”, signed by authority of the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions and deposited at the Department of the Environment, Transport and the Regions, Ashdown House, Zone 2, Room 2/A4, 123 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6DE.",
