  "text": "In this Order—\n(i) “the plan” means the plan folio numbered HA 10/OD/424 consisting of sheet 1 and marked “The A5011 Trunk Road (Linley Road) (Detrunking) Order 2002” signed by authority of the Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions and deposited at DTLR Records Management Branch, Ashdown House, St Leonards on Sea, Hastings, East Sussex, TN37 7GA;\n(ii) “principal road” as a classification for a highway, means that the highway is a principal road for the purposes of enactments and instruments which refer to highways classified as principal roads and is also classified for the purpose of every other enactment and instrument which refers to highways classified by the Secretary of State; and\n(iii) “the trunk road” means the A5011 Trunk Road.",
