  "text": "In this Order—\n(i) “the plan” means the plan, numbered HA10/OD/340 and marked“The A5092 Trunk Road (Between A595 and A590) (Detrunking) Order 2006” signed by the Secretary ofState for Transport, and deposited at ODPMRecords Management Branch, Ashdown House,St. Leonards-on-Sea, Hastings, East Sussex TN37 7GA;\n(ii) “principal road” as a classification for a highway, means that the highway is a principal road for the purposes of enactments and instruments which refer to highways classified as principal roads and is also classified for the purpose of every other enactment and instrument which refers to highways classified by the Secretary of State; and\n(iii) “the trunk road” means the A5092 Trunk Road (A5092).",
