# The A5117 Trunk Road (Parkgate Road Roundabout) (De-Trunking) Order 2009, Article 3


The length of the trunk road described in the Schedule to this Order and shown by broad hatching on the plan shall cease to be a trunk road from the date on which the Secretary of State notifies Cheshire County Council.
