  "text": "The route of the new trunk road is about 45 metres in length, starting from a point on the southern boundary (of the westbound carriageway) of the A5148 Trunk Road (which the Secretary of State proposes to improve) about 65 metres east of that carriageway’s junction with the existing Wall Island, and proceeding south-westwards to a point on the north-east side of a new roundabout (which the Secretary of State proposes to construct) at the southernmost junction of the A5 Trunk Road with the existing Wall Island, in the County of Staffordshire.",
