# The A556 (Knutsford to Bowdon Improvement) Development Consent Order 2014, Article 13: Access to works

Extent: E+W+S

The Secretary of State may for the purposes of the authorised development form and lay out means of access, or improve existing means of access at such locations within the Order limits as the Secretary of State reasonably requires for the purposes of the authorised development.
