# The A57 Link Roads Development Consent Order 2022, Article 23: Compulsory acquisition of land – incorporation of the mineral code

Part 2 of Schedule 2 (minerals) to the Acquisition of Land Act 1981 is incorporated in this Order subject to the modification that for “the acquiring authority” substitute “the undertaker”.
