  "text": "The undertaker must indemnify the drainage authority in respect of all costs, charges and expenses which the drainage authority may reasonably incur, have to pay or sustain—\n(a) in the examination or approval of plans under this Part of this Schedule;\n(b) in inspecting the construction of the specified work or any protective works required by the drainage authority under this Part of this Schedule; and\n(c) in carrying out any surveys or tests by the drainage authority which are reasonably required in connection with the construction of the specified work.",
