# The A57 Link Roads Development Consent Order 2022, Paragraph 31: Interpretation

Extent: E+W+S

Except for paragraphs 32 (apparatus in stopped up streets), 37 (retained apparatus: protection) and 39 (indemnity) of this Schedule which will apply in respect of the exercise of all or any powers under the Order affecting the rights and apparatus of National Grid, the other provisions of this Schedule do not apply to apparatus in respect of which the relations between the undertaker and National Grid are regulated by the provisions of Part 3 of the 1991 Act.
