The centre line of the new trunk road is indicated by a heavy black line on the deposited plan numbered HA10 NNMD4, marked “A59 Trunk Road (A56 Junction Improvement) Order 1998”, signed by authority of the Secretary of State and deposited at the Department of the Environment, Transport and the Regions, Great Minster House, 76 Marsham Street, London SW1P 4DR; and
