# The A59 Trunk Road (A56 Junction Improvement) Order 1998, Introduction: Introductory text

Made 23rd February 1998
Coming into force 20th March 1998
The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions makes this Order in exercise of powers conferred by Sections 10 and 41 of the Highways Act 1980 and now vested in him, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf:—
