  "text": "The length of the Trunk Road specified in Schedule 1 to this Order shall cease to be a trunk road, and the part of that length specified in Schedule 2 to this Order shall be a classified road, as from the date on which the Secretary of State notifies the Lancashire County Council that the new trunk road is open to through traffic.",
