# The A596 Trunk Road (Northside Junction, Workington) (Detrunking) Order 2001, Article 3


The lengths of the trunk road described in the Schedule to this Order shall cease to be a trunk road from the date on which the Secretary of State notifies Cumbria County Council that the new trunk road is open for traffic.
