# The A6 Trunk Road (Great Glen Bypass) Order 1993, Introduction: Introductory text

Made 12th August 1993
Coming into force 14th September 1993
The Secretary of State for Transport makes this Order in exercise of powers conferred by sections 10 and 41 of the Highways Act 1980, and now vested in him, and of all other enabling powers:–
