In this Order “the plan” means the plan numbered HA 10/NDD/003, marked “The A61 Trunk Road (A1(M) Junction 50, Baldersby Interchange) (Trunking) Order 2013”, signed by authority of the Secretary of State for Transport and deposited at Communities and Local Government, Deposited Document Services, Room F13, Ashdown House, St Leonards on Sea, Hastings, East Sussex, TN37 7GA.
