  "text": "The length of the trunk road described in the Schedule to this Order shall cease to be a trunk road and shall be classified as a principal road from the date on which the Secretary of State notifies the East Riding of Yorkshire Council (who will become the highway authority responsible for that length) that the Order has come into force.",
