  "text": "The routes of the trunk roads are in the City of Leeds in the County of West Yorkshire. The route of the new trunk road is about 1110 metres in length from a point on the proposed eastbound entry slip road at the A63 Trunk Road roundabout (Austhorpe Junction) (marked “B” on the plan) in a generally north easterly direction to and including a roundabout then in a generally south easterly direction to pass under the Motorway to and including a roundabout, and then in a generally south westerly direction to a point on the proposed westbound slip road at the A63 Trunk Road roundabout (Austhorpe Junction) (marked “C” on the plan).",
