# The A630 Trunk Road (Doncaster) (Detrunking) Order 1994, Introduction: Introductory text


HIGHWAYS, ENGLAND AND WALES
Made 20th December 1994
Coming into force 1st February 1995
The Secretary of State for Transport makes this Order in exercise of powers conferred by sections 10 and 12 of the Highways Act 1980, and now vested in him, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf:—
