  "text": "(1) The undertaker may acquire compulsorily so much of the Order land as is required for the authorised development, or to facilitate it, or as is incidental to it.\n(2) This article is subject to article 22 (compulsory acquisition of rights and restrictive covenants), article 27 (acquisition of subsoil, etc., only) and article 29 (temporary use of land for constructing the authorised development).",
