# The A66 Northern Trans-Pennine Development Consent Order 2024, Article 4: Development consent, etc. granted by the Order

Extent: E+W

(1) Subject to the provisions of this Order the undertaker is granted development consent for the authorised development.
(2) Any enactment applying to land within or adjacent to the Order limits has effect subject to the provisions of this Order.
