  "long_title": "Paragraphs (a) to (f) of section 3(3) of the Aberdeen Harbour Order 1987 require the Secretary of State to consult with certain named organisations before making appointments to the Aberdeen Harbour Board. Due to the fact that two of those organisations have ceased to exist after the making of that Order, those provisions are amended to enable the Secretary of State to make appointments under any paragraph where an organisation has ceased to exist after consultation if appropriate with such other persons appearing to him to be representative of the interests the paragraph in question relates to.",
