# The Aberdeen Harbour Revision Order 1990, Article 3: Amendment of Order of 1960


The First Schedule to the Order of 1960 shall be amended by adding, at the end of paragraph 1, the following paragraph—
“1A If an organisation which is referred to in any of paragraphs (a) to (f) of section 3(3) of the Aberdeen Harbour Order 1987 ceases to exist, the appointment under that paragraph shall be made by the Secretary of State after consultation if he considers it necessary or desirable with such persons as appear to him to be representative of the interest in question.”
