# The Aberdeen Harbour Revision Order 1990, Introduction: Introductory text


HARBOURS, DOCKS, PIERS AND FERRIES
Made 16th July 1990
Laid before Parliament 16th October 1990
Coming into force 28th November 1990
The Secretary of State for Transport (being the appropriate Minister under section 14(7) of the Harbours Act 1964 for the purposes of making this Order) in exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of that Act and now vested in him, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and on the application of the Aberdeen Harbour Board, hereby makes the following Order:
