# The Abergelli Power Gas Fired Generating Station Order 2019, Article 18: Compulsory acquisition of land

Extent: E+W+S

(1) The undertaker may acquire compulsorily so much of the Order land as is required for the authorised development or to facilitate it, or as is incidental to it.
(2) This article is subject to article 22 (compulsory acquisition of rights etc.), article 25 (acquisition of subsoil only) and article 28 (temporary use of land in connection with carrying out the authorised development).
