  "text": "(1) The undertaker must, as soon as practicable after the making of this Order, submit to the Secretary of State copies of—\n(a) the book of reference;\n(b) design principles statement;\n(c) the environmental statement, which includes within its appendices the following—\n(i) outline construction environment management plan;\n(ii) outline landscape and ecological mitigation strategy;\n(iii) outline surface water management plan;\n(iv) flood consequences assessment;\n(v) outline drainage strategy;\n(vi) outline construction traffic management plan;\n(vii) outline construction staff travel plan;\n(viii) outline lighting strategy;\n(d) the land plans;\n(e) the rights of way, streets and access plan; and\n(f) the works plans; and\n(g) hedgerow plan,\nfor certification that they are true copies of the documents referred to in this Order.\n(2) A plan or document so certified is to be admissible in any proceedings as evidence of the contents of the document of which it is a copy.",
