# The Able Marine Energy Park Development Consent Order 2014, Article 54: Planning etc. jurisdiction

Extent: E+W+S

(1) During the period beginning with the date on which this Order comes into force and ending on the accretion date, the area within the limits of deviation for Work No. 1 is, for the purposes of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 and the 1990 Act, annexed to and incorporated with the area of the relevant planning authority.
(2) In this article, “accretion date” means the date on which the works authorised by this Order have been completed or, if earlier, the date on which the benefits and rights granted by this Order cease to have effect under article 7 (period for completion of work).
