  "text": "(1) The undertaker, as soon as practicable after the making of this Order, must submit to the Secretary of State copies of—\n(a) the book of reference;\n(b) the design drawings;\n(c) the ecology plans;\n(d) the land plans;\n(e) the rights of way plans;\n(f) the environmental statement as defined in paragraph 1 of Schedule 11 (requirements); and\n(g) the works plans,\nfor certification that they are true copies of the documents referred to in this Order.\n(2) A plan or document so certified is admissible in any proceedings as evidence of the contents of the document of which it is a copy.",
