# The Able Marine Energy Park Development Consent Order 2014, Paragraph 3

Extent: E+W+S

In the district of North Lincolnshire and within the Order limits—
(a) dredging the approach channel, the berthing pockets and inset berth, the turning area, the pumping station outfall and the other areas within which dredging is deemed to be licensed by virtue of the deemed marine licence and land reclamation behind the new quay wall (Work No. 1) that does not form part of the quay in accordance with Schedule 8 (deemed marine licence);
(b) the provision of onshore facilities for manufacture, assembly and storage;
(c) improvement works to Rosper Road and the A160;
(d) surface and foul water disposal arrangements;
(e) lighting;
(f) parking;

(h) the re-siting of apparatus.
