# The Able Marine Energy Park Development Consent Order 2014, Paragraph 22

Extent: E+W+S

(1) Before exercising any power under section 252 of the Merchant Shipping Act 1995 or under section 56 of the 1847 Act, the dockmaster must notify the harbour master.
(2) The dockmaster must comply with any reasonable instructions that the harbour master may give in relation to the exercise of the powers referred to in sub-paragraph (1).
