# The Able Marine Energy Park Development Consent Order 2014, Paragraph 28

Extent: E+W+S

The requirements set out in the Agency’s Pollution Prevention Guideline 5 (Works and Maintenance in or near Water) must be complied with to ensure that the works are carried out in a proper manner and do not adversely affect the watercourse.
