# The Able Marine Energy Park Development Consent Order 2014, Paragraph 29

Extent: E+W+S

On completion of the works, all debris and surplus material must be removed from the banks of the watercourse so that the banks are left in a stable condition with adequate protection provided to avoid erosion, to the satisfaction of the Agency.
