# The Able Marine Energy Park Development Consent Order 2014, Paragraph 60

Extent: E+W+S

The Harbour Authority must not in the exercise of the powers conferred by this Order interfere with any marks, lights or other navigational aids in the river relating to HST without the agreement of C.RO, and must ensure that access to such aids remains available during and following construction of any tidal works.
