# The Able Marine Energy Park Development Consent Order 2014, Paragraph 69

Extent: E+W+S

The construction and operation of the authorised development must not cause unreasonable interference with or unreasonably prevent the free, uninterrupted and safe use by C.RO of the railway crossing the Order land in connection with the use of HST.
