# The Able Marine Energy Park Development Consent Order 2014, Paragraph 7

Extent: E+W+S

The Harbour Authority must not, in exercise of the powers conferred by article 20 (discharge of water), damage or interfere with the beds or banks of any watercourse forming part of the river unless such damage or interference is approved as a tidal work under this Order or is otherwise approved in writing by the Conservancy Authority.
