Regulation 1 Citation, commencement, interpretation and extent

These Regulations may be cited as the Abortion (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2002, and shall come into force on 18th April 2002.

In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Abortion Regulations 1991^f1.

These Regulations extend to England only.
