  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Abortion (Amendment) Regulations 2022.\n(2) Regulations 2(4) and 3 come into force on 31st December 2022.\n(3) Otherwise these Regulations come into force on 30th August 2022.\n(4) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.",
