Regulation 1 Title, commencement, application and interpretation

The title of these Regulations is the Abortion (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2008 and they come into force on 17 June 2008.

These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.
(3)
In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” (“y prif Reoliadau”) means the Abortion Regulations 1991f1.
