Regulation 4 Amendment of regulation 5 of the principal Regulations

In regulation 5 (restriction on disclosure of information) of the principal Regulations —

(a)

in paragraph (a)(i), for “the National Assembly for Wales” substitute “the Welsh Assembly Government”;

(b)

for paragraph (a)(ii) substitute—

“(ii)

to the chairman of the Statistics Board or a member of the Statistics Board’s staff who has been duly authorised by the chairman.”.
