reg 2 am (W) by Abortion 2008 reg 2
reg 2 subst (E) by Abortion 2002 reg 2
reg 2 subst (W) by Abortion 2002 reg 2

In these Regulations “the Act” means the Abortion Act 1967 and “practitioner” means a registered medical practitioner.
