Rule 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Rules may be cited as the Abuse Redress Rules 2026.

These Rules come into force immediately after the commencement of section 3 of the Abuse Redress Measure 2025.
(3)
The Abuse Redress Measure 2025 is referred to in these Rules as “the Measure”.
