Rule 19 Withdrawal of appeal

(1)

An appellant may withdraw the appeal by giving written notice to the appeal authority.

(2)

The appeal authority, having received a notice under paragraph (1), must inform any person who could, if an award of redress had been made, have been an appropriate authority.
