  "heading": "Determination on reconsideration",
  "text": "(1) In a case where section 18 of the Measure applies on an application for redress under section 3, the applicant or other person may give the information in question to the redress body for it to reconsider the application for redress.\n(2) In making its determination on the reconsideration, the redress body may follow such procedure as it thinks appropriate.\n(3) The determination on the reconsideration and the reasons for the determination must be notified by the redress body in writing to the applicant (even if notification has already been given to the applicant orally).",
