Rule 32 Guidance on delegated functions

Where the Archbishops’ Council makes a delegation under section 2(2) or (3) of the Measure, it must provide the delegate with written guidance on the exercise of the delegated functions.

In the exercise of the delegated functions, the delegate must have due regard to the guidance.
