  "text": "This section applies to a person if the person has, whether before or after this Chapter comes into force, in England and Wales or Northern Ireland—\n(a) been convicted of an offence listed in schedule 3 or schedule 5 of the 2003 Act,\n(b) been found not guilty of such an offence by reason of insanity,\n(c) been found by a court, in respect of such an offence, to be under a disability and to have done the act or made the omission charged, or\n(d) been cautioned in respect of such an offence following an admission of it.",
