# The Academies Act 2010 (Commencement and Transitional Provisions) Order 2010, Article 1: Citation and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Academies Act 2010 (Commencement and Transitional Provisions) Order 2010.
(2) In this Order “the Act” means the Academies Act 2010.
