  "text": "LEGAL SERVICES, ENGLAND AND WALES\nMade 24th January 2001\nComing into force 31st January 2001\nWhereas the Lord Chancellor pursuant to section 46(4)(a) of the Access to Justice Act 1999 has consulted the General Council of the Bar;\nAnd whereas a draft of this Order has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament pursuant to section 46(4)(b) of that Act;\nNow, therefore, the Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 46(3)(a) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:",
