# The Access to Justice Act 1999 (Transitional Provisions) Order 2000, Article 1


This Order may be cited as the Access to Justice Act 1999 (Transitional Provisions) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 1st April 2000.
(2) In this Order a reference to a section by number alone means the section so numbered in the Access to Justice Act 1999.
