# Access to Justice Act 1999, Paragraph 170


In section 14(5)(b) of the Prisoners and Criminal Proceedings (Scotland) Act 1993 (Secretary of State to send supervised release order to clerk to the justices), for “clerk” substitute “ chief executive ”.
