  "text": "(1) In each of the provisions specified in sub-paragraph (2) (which refer to paragraph 7 of Schedule 2 to the Criminal Justice Act 1991), for “7(2)(a)(ii)” substitute “ 7(2)(b) ”.\n(2) The provisions referred to in sub-paragraph (1) are—\n(a) section 16B(2) of the Children and Young Persons Act 1969,\n(b) section 35(5) and (8) of the Crime (Sentences) Act 1997, and\n(c) paragraph 5(4) of Schedule 5 to the Crime and Disorder Act 1998.",
