  "text": "(1) In section 125(2) of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980 (execution by person to whom warrant is directed or constable), after “warrant of commitment,” insert “ warrant of detention, ”.\n(2) In section 136(2) of that Act (warrants of detention), for the words from “, unless” to “functions” substitute\n“—\n(a) shall authorise the person executing it”.",
